Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Adopt the 2025 Budget

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Chisholm intends to pass a by-law to adopt the 2025 budget.

The meeting at which the bylaw will be presented will take place : Tuesday June 12, 2025 at 7:00pm

The budget is being adopted in accordance with Section 291 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and notice is being provided in accordance with By-law No.2003-07. If the matter is postponed or considered at a subsequent council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent council agenda.
