Public Notice - Meeting to adopt 2012 Budget and Amendment to Fees By-law
Take notice that a regular Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 2847 Chiswick line to consider a by-law to adopt the 2012 Budget, and a by-law to amend the fees by-law.
Information relating to the proposed budget and amendment to the fees by-law is available for inspection at the township office during regular office hours or can be found by visiting the 'Documents' section at the bottom of this page.
OFFICIAL PLAN - On March 13, 2012, Council adopted a new Official Plan for the Municipality. Please refer to the attachment "Notice of Adoption" for more information.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LANDFILL PASS CARDS: Please be advised that the landfill pass cards for 2011-2012 will be not be mailed out to the residents this year but will be distributed at the landfill site. Therefore, on your next visit to the landfill, we ask that you exchange your 2010-2011 card for the 2011-2012 card.
The Township's Emergency Plan is now posted in the "Emergency Services" under the "Municipal Services". Copies of the plan can also be picked up at the office.
